Job Highlights

We are looking for a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Prospero Teaching. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an Exceeding Service, alongside experienced Qualified Early Childhood Teachers and Educators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a team that provides high-quality early childhood education and care.
  • Implement and uphold the services' philosophy while undertaking all duties.
  • Develop a sound knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards.
  • Ensure the implementation of contemporary, research-based practices at the service.

  • Rotating roster (7.30am – 6pm inclusive shifts).
  • Monthly RDO for full-time staff members.

Essential Criteria:

  • AQF Certificate III in Children's Services or an equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a similar role or demonstrated natural ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of DET Regulations, National Quality Standards, Frameworks, and Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Passionate about Early Childhood Development and the importance of high-quality Early Years programs.
