Job Title: Lead Specialist Project Controls

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our project controls function, overseeing the full project lifecycle from early scoping through to execution.

This role spans estimating, cost control, scheduling, and change management at both project and portfolio levels. You will be responsible for implementing a new project controls system, developing governance and procedures, managing portfolio reporting, and overseeing the Authorisation for Expenditure process.

The ideal candidate has tertiary qualifications in project controls, estimating, scheduling or risk, with experience across studies and execution phases in mining projects. They should have successfully implemented systems and standards in EPCM, contractor, and owner's team environments.

Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:
