As a Sales Development Expert at Beaumont Tiles, you will be responsible for generating sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves developing trusted relationships with customers, providing expert advice, and offering a consultative approach to service. Your goal is to ensure customers are delighted and excited about their experience with us, while achieving team sales targets.

Reporting to the Store Manager, your day-to-day work involves generating sales, processing transactions efficiently and accurately, conducting follow-ups with customers, performing administrative tasks, and maintaining store appearance. You will also assist with other duties such as receiving deliveries, assisting with customer pick-ups, and providing expert knowledge and advice to trade customers and builders.

What We're Looking For...

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience in a similar sales and service role
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a retail or sales environment
