Exciting Opportunity for a Licensed Conveyancer

SMS Professional, a leading company in property development, is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Conveyancer to join their small legal team in Norwest Business Park.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct property transactions, including land purchases, and provide expert legal advice on property-related matters to clients.
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations in NSW and Victoria.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legal developments and ensure the team's knowledge is current.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Property Lawyer or Conveyancer, with at least 3 years of experience.
  • A strong eye for detail and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of land taxes for both states and the ability to give direction.
  • Experience and sound knowledge of Pexa and Leap, with the ability to work with different entities.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and previous experience in a law firm would be highly regarded.
