Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Dishwasher/Utility to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant.

Your responsibilities will include cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. You will also safely operate the dishwasher and other equipment, empty trash in the kitchen and other areas, and support the Cooks with prep work and preparation of our signature Cheddar Bay biscuits.

Requirements:

  • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
  • Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
  • Safely operating the dishwasher and other equipment
  • Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
  • Working as one kitchen team, supporting the Cooks with prep work and preparation of our signature Cheddar Bay biscuits

Physical Requirements:

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country
  • Culinary experience preferred
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds safely
  • Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an hour shift
