Catholic Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bodington, our 120-bed home in the picturesque bushland of Wentworth Falls.
About the RoleWe are looking for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about providing holistic, safe, and quality care to our residents. As a member of our care team, you will work collaboratively with our residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities and managing their health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each resident.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous quality improvement, identifying areas for growth and implementing changes to enhance our services.
- Current APHRA registration to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an aged care environment (previous experience in accreditation processes and understanding of continuous quality improvement is highly regarded).
- NDIS check or willingness to obtain.
