We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Draftsperson to join our team at Rawco Constructions Pty Ltd. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for preparing detailed construction drawings and long sections for retaining wall projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed construction drawings and long sections for retaining wall projects.
  • Support project design with technical specifications, engineering calculations, and compliance documentation.
  • Estimating material costs and ensuring finished works are within specifications, regulations and contract provisions.
  • Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and contractors to refine designs and ensure constructability according to Australian standards.
  • Use CAD and drafting software to modify and finalize designs for retaining walls and related civil structures.
  • Review project blueprints, specifications, and engineering plans to optimize construction processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Civil Engineering Draftsperson, ideally in civil infrastructure or retaining wall projects.
  • Proficiency in Auto CAD and other drafting software.
  • Familiarity with Australian building regulations and construction standards.
  • Experience in subdivisions or retaining wall design is highly regarded.
