
Information Technology Support Agent

We are seeking a proactive and technically savvy individual to join our team as a Service Desk support agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing fast, efficient, and friendly customer service to respond to and resolve customer requests related to software, hardware, and network operations difficulties.
You will also be required to accurately document calls and incidents, manage time and workload to meet predetermined service levels, and maintain data accuracy in our contact management system.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customer service via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and update records accordingly.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet service level agreements.
- Australian Citizenship.
- NV1 Security Clearance.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Education, training, and/or relevant experience equivalent to the completion of a relevant certificate course and/or relevant experience in Information Technology is desirable.
