About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Store Operations Leader to join our team at Adelaide Salvos Stores. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive sales growth, inspire your team, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience while helping us raise vital funds for Australians in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead store operations and achieve sales targets through effective management of stock flow, pricing, and visual merchandising.\
  • Inspire, train, and develop a passionate team of employees and volunteers to ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping environment.\
  • Manage budgets, rosters, and wage costs to maintain operational efficiency and profitability.\
  • Build strong community connections with local groups and partners to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.\
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to align store performance with organizational goals and objectives.\
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.\
  • Contribute to the development of strategies and initiatives that drive business growth and improve customer engagement.\\- You must be a highly motivated and results-driven retail leader with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams. - You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and community stakeholders. - Experience in visual merchandising, inventory management, and staff development is highly regarded. - You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.\
