Strategic Planning Leader

As a seasoned strategic planning leader, you will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive communication plans that drive business results. Your expertise in media strategy and planning will enable our clients to reach their target audiences effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate channel plans that build from core media ideas and demonstrate expert planning skills.
  • Manage client relationships as the principal contact for the planning process.
  • Leverage strong relationships and influence clients and media owners at all levels.
  • Deliver insightful media strategies in conjunction with the strategy team when appropriate.
  • Identify strategic creative and innovative media initiatives that are born out of the strategic media direction and lead their implementation.
  • Work alongside the strategy and investment teams to ensure best possible products get to market.
  • Ensure all media goals and strategies are achievable and executable within budgets using support from the investment team.
Requirements
  • Collaborate nationally on media products with standardized methodologies, marketing collateral, and training.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of account directors, managers, executives, and assistants.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, media vendors, and third-party planners to ensure satisfaction and seamless delivery.
  • Drive growth with new and existing clients, working closely with business management to meet objectives.
  • Oversee media implementation, negotiations, bookings, invoicing, and reporting to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, challenge conventions, and drive innovative media solutions.
  • Clearly convey information, influence key stakeholders, and manage relationships across all levels.
  • Demonstrate resilience, multitasking, strong numerical accuracy, and analytical skills to meet diverse project demands.
