About the Position

  • This role involves working closely with the Business Analysis manager to initiate and engage in Digital Portfolio Services, revitalizing and strengthening investment processes, including designing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives and delivering ongoing investment analysis and reporting.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Able to identify opportunities for improvement in investment and initiation analysis, including refining and implementing streamlined practices to ensure consistent high-quality initiation and investment analysis services.
  • Experience in analyzing process improvement to understand and revitalize current investment processes, identifying business challenges aligned with ICT strategies.
  • Knowledge of ICT investment proposal development, investment appraisal, or capital planning processes, including continuous improvement activities.
  • Leadership experience in managing business analysis activities on large-scale complex digital projects and programs, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, consultation facilitation, and written and oral communication skills for use in a complex project and program environment.
