We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Air Traffic Controller to join our team at Airservices Australia. As an Air Traffic Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient management of Australia's airspace.
Key Responsibilities- Manage air traffic flow and ensure safe separation of aircraft
- Coordinate with other air traffic controllers and aviation stakeholders to ensure smooth air traffic operations
- Monitor and respond to changing air traffic conditions, including weather and air traffic congestion
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance with aviation regulations and standards
- Participate in training and professional development to maintain and enhance skills and knowledge
- Hold a current rating and endorsement in an ATC environment
- Hold an Aviation English Language Proficiency (AELP) level 6 English language proficiency
- Have a minimum of 5 years ATC operational experience and have been working within an operational ATC environment within the last five years
- Be able to provide certified documentation and referees to support your application
- Have or able to gain a Class 3 Medical
- Undertake training in Australia
