The Global Security Operations Centre provides 24x7 Managed Services (MS) support to clients across various sectors.
We're seeking Associate Security Analysts and Senior Security Analysts to join our high-performing security operations team supporting a major enterprise environment.
These roles offer an exciting opportunity to work across security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response using industry-leading tools and frameworks.

About the Role

Monitor, analyze and respond to security events and incidents. Perform triage, escalation and investigation of alerts from various sources. Support threat detection, vulnerability management and incident response activities. Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to resolve security issues. Contribute to documentation, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in cybersecurity, networking or systems administration
  • Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, EDR or log management platforms
  • Understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls)
  • Knowledge of common cybersecurity principles, frameworks and response practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
