The NDIS Commission's graduate program is a unique opportunity for individuals to accelerate their career while making a real difference in the community.

This 12-month entry-level program is designed to equip graduates with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the public service sector.

  • You'll engage in projects that drive change within the Commission, gaining exposure to senior leaders and collaboration with teams working across Australia on impactful issues.
  • A flexible work arrangement will be provided to support a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in a series of rotations or immersion opportunities to develop skills and knowledge.
  • Work on real-world projects that align with the Commission's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Training and Development:

As a participant in the APS Graduate Development Learning Program, you'll have access to a comprehensive 10-month learning program.

  • The program includes real-time interactions, webinars, events, and learning experiences.
  • You'll also receive mentorship, career coaching, and planning to support your professional development.
