Maintenance Manager Position Available

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Facilities Coordinator.
About the RoleThis role involves contributing to the overall performance of the Asset Management division by coordinating and allocating Facilities Helpdesk services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance service requests, permits for works on site, and ensuring the provision of fault response within agreed parameters.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate facilities helpdesk services including submission, review, and approval of maintenance service requests.
- Triage maintenance issues and allocate staff and contractors accordingly.
- Manage the contractor management system and assist contractors with onboarding processes.
- Generate works status reports and other relevant documentation as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They must also have a trade qualification or equivalent experience in Building or Facilities Management.
About YouWe are looking for candidates who have:
- A trade qualification or equivalent experience in Building or Facilities Management.
- A current NSW Drivers License or ability to have existing license formally recognized.
- Maintain a current NSW White Card for Construction at own expense.
