Purpose of the Role

Collaborate with IT stakeholders and business leaders to understand technology requirements and deliver procurement strategies that drive value, efficiency, and alignment with organisational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • IT Procurement Strategy & Sourcing: Develop and implement tailored procurement strategies, manage sourcing processes, and negotiate agreements that deliver value, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Supplier & Contract Management: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, oversee contract negotiation and compliance, and monitor market conditions to drive performance and identify opportunities.
  • Cost Optimisation & Risk Management: Conduct market analysis to identify cost savings, improve efficiency, and proactively manage risks such as supply chain disruption, market volatility, and regulatory compliance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with IT, Finance, Operations, Legal and other business units to ensure procurement strategies are integrated with organisational objectives and deliver stakeholder value.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyse procurement KPIs, supplier performance, and category outcomes, providing actionable insights and improvements to management.
