Guest Experience Associate

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Guest Experience Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional stay with us.

About the Role:
- Thoroughly clean all sections of the guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces, to ensure an impressive first impression.
- Work diligently within established guidelines to achieve impeccable standards we strive for.
- Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys, keeping them organized and well-equipped.
- Use cleaning materials with care and adhere to safety protocols to create a secure environment.
- Respect guest privacy and security, upholding our commitment to their comfort.
- Report maintenance issues promptly, demonstrating dedication to a flawless experience.

Skillset:
- Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is advantageous.
- Your communication style should be warm and welcoming, making guests and colleagues feel at ease around you.
- You possess an eye for detail and work efficiently, managing your time well and taking pride in your tasks.
- You enjoy a physical role, navigating between rooms may involve using internal and external staircases and open pathways.
- You excel at collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is essential.
