About Us

A highly experienced Hotel Manager is required to join our team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort, a stunning resort located in The Hunter Valley Hinterland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

The role will involve managing financial forecasting, rostering, and implementing promotions to increase sales.

The ideal candidate will have extensive operational and financial management experience within a hotel environment, as well as demonstrated strategic and operational leadership experience.

About the Role:

  • You will draw on your passion, initiative, drive and strategic approach to deliver a great product for our guests.
  • Manage the profitability, presentation and operation of the entire property.
  • Develop and manage the property team to reach their highest potential.
  • Responsible for making strategic decisions relating to increasing RevPAR for the company through collating and analysing data as required.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the resort's financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting and cost control.
  • Leading and developing the resort's management team to achieve excellent results.
  • Implementing effective marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and company policies.
