About the Role:
Gough Recruitment is seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join our client's expanding team. As a Strata Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties tailored to your experience and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and nurturing key relationships with property owners and committees
- Confidently interpreting, applying, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- Providing expert strata advice to clients
- Managing dispute resolution and contract negotiation
- Coordinating building repairs, obtaining quotes, and overseeing maintenance
- Preparing and managing budgets, and producing financial reports
- Chairing owners' and committee meetings
- Organizing and facilitating virtual and onsite meetings, including periodic site inspections
