About the Role:

Gough Recruitment is seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join our client's expanding team. As a Strata Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties tailored to your experience and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and nurturing key relationships with property owners and committees
  • Confidently interpreting, applying, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
  • Providing expert strata advice to clients
  • Managing dispute resolution and contract negotiation
  • Coordinating building repairs, obtaining quotes, and overseeing maintenance
  • Preparing and managing budgets, and producing financial reports
  • Chairing owners' and committee meetings
  • Organizing and facilitating virtual and onsite meetings, including periodic site inspections
