Chief Capability Officer

The General Manager Capability plays a pivotal role in driving organizational success by ensuring the right people, skills, and systems are in place to deliver strategic objectives.
- Anticipate and meet workforce demand while developing long-term talent pipelines.
- Design and lead capability plans across engineering, operations, program management, and supply chain.
- Deliver training programs to equip ASC's workforce with the necessary capabilities, skills, and experience to support business growth.
- Collaborate with government, education, and industry partners to develop Australia's sovereign submarine talent base.
- Drive cultural transformation and embed innovative workforce systems that impact business outcomes positively.
You are an experienced senior leader (10+ years) with a proven track record of delivering results in complex, high-risk industries. Your expertise includes:
- Success in designing and implementing capability programs aligned to strategic goals.
- A strong understanding of workforce trends, regulations, and training standards.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide change initiatives.
- A demonstrated ability to inspire high-performing teams and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, influencing stakeholders at senior levels internally and externally.
