Job Description:We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Service Workers. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older people by providing them with the support they need to maintain their independence.
Your duties will include cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and other tasks designed to enhance the quality of life for our customers. As a Home Service Worker, you will be part of a close-knit team dedicated to delivering exceptional care and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing a range of support services including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and more.
- Building friendly relationships with customers and their families.
- Adhering to care plans and maintaining excellent communication with the central care team.
- A genuine passion for supporting older people to maintain their independence.
- A current driver's licence (P1 or above).
- Insured vehicle for driving between customers.
- Current flu vaccination.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to earn while you learn by fully funding your study towards a Certificate III in Individual Support. Our supportive team environment and comprehensive training program will help you develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in your career.
