Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our dynamic team as a Data Services Consultant.

This role offers the opportunity to work on varied and challenging projects, utilizing technical expertise, commercial insight, and collaboration with colleagues to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level support to clients using strong oral and written communication skills, along with a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of service desk and incident management principles to drive efficient resolution.
  • Execute a broad range of tasks across multiple technologies and environments, sometimes complex and non-routine.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor work within short time horizons with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in an IT-related field or relevant work experience.
  • At least one year of experience working in teams to provide IT support to clients.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL and BI tools, such as Microsoft SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Power BI, and/or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based tools like Azure Data Factory, Databricks, DBT, Matillion, or others.
  • Basic SQL scripting skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
