About the Role:


We're seeking a skilled Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient service, build rapport with patients, and maintain high organizational standards.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Patient Preparation and Support: Prepare patients and facilities for treatment, ensuring seamless delivery of quality care.
  • Treatment Coordination: Coordinate treatment, ensuring efficient delivery of services while maintaining infection control standards.
  • Sterilization and Infection Control: Maintain equipment and facilities in line with infection control procedures.
  • Customer Service and Administration: Meet and greet patients, book appointments, handle payments, and maintain accurate patient records.

Requirements and Qualifications:


  • A minimum 12 months' experience working in a similar role is essential.
  • Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required.
  • A strong passion for customer service and patient care is essential.
