Job Title: Technical Training Delivery Supervisor

As a Technical Training Delivery Supervisor at Ford Motor Company, you will play a critical role in leading the delivery of technical training programs across Australia and New Zealand. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and delivery of technical training programs, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Supervise a team of trainers and coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of training programs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and maintain high-quality training materials and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and safety in our training programs.
  • Develop and implement training plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and utilization.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Education and Training or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical training delivery, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
