**Strategic Leadership Role**At our organization, we are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to spearhead the development of our Personal Injury Division.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for the division, driving growth and innovation in recovery and personal injury schemes.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with state/territory governments, regulators, and stakeholders to enhance the division's reputation as an expert in recovery and personal injury schemes.
  • Provide strategic corporate affairs insight and advice to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop the capability of others through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Support tender submissions and coordinate across functions and jurisdictions to drive effective campaigns and messaging.
  • Build an inspiring vision for the Personal Injury Division, putting the interests of customers at its core.
Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a relevant university degree and 10+ years' experience working in government, public policy, and senior corporate roles. Proven experience in Health, Insurance, Personal Injury, or Government services is essential.
