Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist / Exercise Physiologist / Osteo to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation services, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our clients, working closely with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs. Your expertise will be invaluable in improving return to work outcomes and promoting a culture of health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage caseloads effectively, leveraging the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks
  • Apply clinical knowledge to enhance return to work outcomes and promote injury prevention
  • Collaborate with employers, employees, medical professionals, and allied health experts to develop and implement effective rehabilitation strategies
  • Conduct various assessments, including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments
Requirements
  • Qualification in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, or Osteopathy
  • Full Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Passion for injury prevention, return to work, and associated health benefits
  • Current drivers' license and access to a vehicle
