This role presents a unique opportunity to spearhead the financial management and accounting functions of a leading retail organization. Your expertise will play a pivotal part in shaping the company's financial trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the effective functioning of a high-performing team (4 direct reports) and ensure seamless financial reporting, shared services, and general ledger accounting.
  • Develop and implement budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for one of the businesses, with a focus on strategic growth and optimization.
  • Play a key role in various projects, emphasizing cash flow management, team structure optimization, and internal controls.

As a seasoned finance leader, you will bring extensive experience from mid-sized organizations. Experience in inventory management or multi-site environments is desirable but not essential.
