Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for performing complex repairs on engines and engine components.

  • Identify and prepare required parts and tools to complete repairs efficiently.
  • Disassemble, inspect, clean, and reassemble engines and/or engine components to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks based on engine assessment to prevent downtime.
  • Collaborate with experienced technicians to diagnose and develop repair plans for engines in the workshop.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, time sheets, warranty claims, and quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge in line with business requirements.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A recognized trade certificate in heavy or light vehicle mechanics.
  • Apprentice-trained engine technician experience (preferable).
  • A locally valid driver's permit.
  • Significant field service work experience.
  • Expert-level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products.
