Early Childhood Room Leader

This role is perfect for a passionate and enthusiastic Diploma Qualified Room Leader who is dedicated to providing a safe and exciting learning environment for young children.

The successful applicant will be working in collaboration with the wider team to inspire children through play-based and interest focused activities, mentor a team of Educators, create meaningful partnerships with families, children, and educators, and plan and program with support from the OAC Grow Curriculum and EYLF. Ongoing records of the children's development are also a key aspect of this role.
