Business Intelligence Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence and Reporting Analyst/Developer to join our team in East Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing complex reports and visualisations using Microsoft Power BI;
  • Supporting the design, deployment and management of our business intelligence technology stack;
  • Examining and implementing innovative approaches for the presentation of data and information to support stakeholder decision making and performance monitoring;
  • Contributing to the development of new analytical products and research programs that provide actionable insights to inform ongoing policy development and service delivery;

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated skills and experience as a business intelligence developer (specialising in Microsoft Power BI and SSRS);
  • Proficient in SQL and DAX;
  • Highly creative with proven excellence in analytical thinking and the translation of unstructured and structured data into informative data visuals and reports;
  • Demonstrated experience supporting business stakeholders during design, prototyping, development, and implementation phases of business intelligence projects;
  • Demonstrated experience capturing and documenting user requirements for Business Intelligence reporting;
