About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead our team servicing clients under the NDIS on the Northern Beaches, NSW. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level, providing supervision and mentorship of junior therapists while playing an active part in managing the OT service.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 5 OTs, overseeing rosters, availability, and leave to ensure sufficient staffing across both clinics.
  • Facilitate recruitment, including conducting interviews and leading induction for new staff.
  • Support client allocation and management of junior staff diaries.
  • Facilitate CPD programs.
  • Analyze and report monthly KPIs of the team.
  • Work collaboratively with the Clinic Director and Manager regarding business needs.

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • AHPRA registration.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a therapeutic role.
  • NDIS experience essential across lifespan.
  • Experience with mentoring junior staff.
  • Passionate about the OT profession and ensuring evidence-based practice.
  • Highly approachable and a good listener.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Ability to build a loyal caseload and balance mentoring requirements.
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders.
  • Current driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Eligible to work permanently in Australia.

Salary: $110,000-$120,000 + super per annum.
