About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead our team servicing clients under the NDIS on the Northern Beaches, NSW. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level, providing supervision and mentorship of junior therapists while playing an active part in managing the OT service.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 5 OTs, overseeing rosters, availability, and leave to ensure sufficient staffing across both clinics.
- Facilitate recruitment, including conducting interviews and leading induction for new staff.
- Support client allocation and management of junior staff diaries.
- Facilitate CPD programs.
- Analyze and report monthly KPIs of the team.
- Work collaboratively with the Clinic Director and Manager regarding business needs.

About You
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- AHPRA registration.
- At least 5 years' experience in a therapeutic role.
- NDIS experience essential across lifespan.
- Experience with mentoring junior staff.
- Passionate about the OT profession and ensuring evidence-based practice.
- Highly approachable and a good listener.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Ability to build a loyal caseload and balance mentoring requirements.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders.
- Current driver's license and own vehicle.
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia.
Salary: $110,000-$120,000 + super per annum.
