As a Behaviour Support Practitioner with National 360, you will be part of a strong team of qualified professionals working towards improving the lives of individuals with complex needs. Your role will involve conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA), developing Behaviour Support Plans, and providing training and education to stakeholders.

**Job Description**

  • Conduct thorough assessments of participants' needs and develop tailored support plans.
  • Provide training and education to stakeholders on positive behaviour support strategies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for participants.
  • Maintain accurate records of participant progress and adapt support plans accordingly.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Counselling, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, including demonstrated expertise in FBA, Behaviour Support Plans, and Restrictive Practices.
  • NDISWC/WWCC clearance or willingness to obtain.
  • Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle.
