About the Role

Berry Street is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinician to join our Take Two program, providing intensive therapeutic services to children and families impacted by trauma, neglect, and disrupted attachment.

As a Senior Clinician, you will play a pivotal role in leading our clinical team, offering holistic, evidence-based therapeutic care, and contributing to training and development programs.

This is a full-time or part-time ongoing position with flexibility for working from home and our Bendigo office. Local outreach service delivery in the Loddon region will be required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the clinical team, providing guidance and support to clinicians
  • Manage a complex caseload, ensuring high-quality therapeutic services
  • Contribute to training and development programs, enhancing clinical knowledge and skills
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Appropriate Bachelor level degree or higher
  • Proven experience in trauma-informed practice and therapeutic services
  • Strong leadership and clinical skills, with ability to supervise and mentor staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
