**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced supervisor to lead our team of entertainers and ensure seamless execution of activities, customer service, and events. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver outstanding experiences.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and motivate a team of entertainers, ensuring a positive and high-energy work environment.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of glow-in-the-dark sports activities, karaoke area, and disco, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Train and onboard new team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage customer interactions, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule and coordinate staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times and special events.
  • Maintain inventory of equipment, supplies, and consumables, placing orders as needed to ensure seamless operations.
  • Uphold safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring the well-being of customers and staff at all times.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies for business growth and enhanced customer experiences.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering their professional development.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or customer service industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Possession of Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid certificates.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make effective decisions.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as required by the business.
