As a key member of the hotel's maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of guest rooms and public areas.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent grooming standards, and flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations. They will also possess good communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and ability to work on their own.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily bedroom and corridor maintenance to deliver an exceptional Guest experience.
  • Carry out basic repairs to guestrooms, A/C units, troubleshoot and repair in-house TV systems.
  • Maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards, contributing to a seamless and luxurious guest experience.
  • Conduct minor furniture and carpentry repairs and minor plumbing repairs (taps, shower heads, toilets).
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to guests.
  • Report any health and safety issues on the floor and support the hotel's sustainability and safety goals through proactive maintenance and reporting.
