Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a Portfolio of Properties: Oversee the day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio of commercial and retail properties, ensuring seamless management and delivery of property services.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with owners, tenants, and other stakeholders through timely and professional communication.
  • Financial Management: Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, outgoings reconciliation, and arrears control.
  • Maintenance and Compliance: Ensure high property standards by coordinating maintenance, inspections, and contractor performance, while maintaining compliance with leases, legislation, and trust account management.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of commercial property management principles.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach with attention to detail, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of tasks.
