The successful candidate will have experience in civil works, including site clearance and environmental remediation, bulk and detailed earthworks, drainage and road construction, underground services installation, and retaining wall and structure construction.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of all project stages
  • Interpret drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
  • Monitor site progress and provide technical support to the site team
  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment
  • Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Prepare project documentation including ITPs, reports, and schedules
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle

Key qualifications include a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, sound knowledge of earthworks, drainage, roads, and underground services, strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organisational skills, demonstrated experience on relevant civil projects with Australian main contractors, valid White Card and Australian driver's license, and understanding of environmental remediation and retaining structures (preferred).
