About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive General Counsel to lead our Asset Management business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic legal advice to the CEO, senior management, and the Board of Directors.
  • Manage legal risks affecting the company, identifying and assessing potential issues.
  • Lead and manage the Legal and Company Secretariat team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years' experience as a senior lawyer, preferably with considerable experience leading a team.
  • Extensive experience providing advice in relation to financial services law.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
