Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer emotional support, companionship, and comfort to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as registered nurses or care managers, to ensure residents receive comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident status and well-being, ensuring seamless communication among caregivers.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care qualification.
  • Minimum 12 months of relevant experience in care work.
  • Strong commitment to meeting the needs of older adults.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
