Sales and Relationship Manager

Job Summary
This role is responsible for developing business with existing Members and assigned Suppliers, while establishing new business within a designated Region or State to drive membership and sales growth. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with Members and Suppliers, and good communication and negotiation skills.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets and grow membership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Members and Suppliers to drive business growth.
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within designated Region or State.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- SUCCESSFUL SALES EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE, PREFERABLY FOR A COOPERATIVE OR MEMBER-BASED ORGANISATION.
- EXCELLENT INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, ABILITY TO BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH MEMBERS AND SUPPLIERS.
- GOOD COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS, WITH THE ABILITY TO CONVINCED CUSTOMERS OF THE VALUE PROPOSITION.
- INTERMEDIATE UNDERSTANDING OF IT SYSTEMS, INCLUDING MS WORD AND EXCEL.
