We're seeking a motivated and empathetic Career Transition Consultant to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with diverse customers, helping them overcome personal and professional challenges and achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver coaching to improve employability skills, confidence, and career planning for customers
  • Prepare quality resumes, cover letters, and support the job application process
  • Finding suitable employment opportunities for customers and advocating on their behalf
  • Referring customers to internal and external support for housing, mental health, and financial counselling
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to achieve individual targets and work to clearly defined KPIs
  • Strong administration skills and IT literacy, including data entry, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Salary and Benefits

A competitive salary of approximately $70,000 per annum will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As a not-for-profit organisation, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax-effective salary packaging.
