We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to fill a 13-month parental leave cover role. This diverse and rewarding opportunity will have you engaged in high-profile projects, large sponsorships, and bespoke content development, with open collaboration across multiple business units and autonomy to drive commercial success.

Job Role

This role reports directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and involves delivering well-performing strategies that position us as an industry leader for high net worth traders and investors within Australia and New Zealand. A core focus will be on growing awareness and adoption of our B2B brand, CMC Connect, within ANZ.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and defining strategy to achieve acquisition, activation, and retention targets
  • Working on key sponsorships, including Forbes and St Kilda
  • Collaborating with the wider marketing team, agency partners, and senior stakeholders
  • Delivering monthly and quarterly reporting, and day-to-day budget management
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the B2B or HNW space, and a relevant tertiary qualification
  • Demonstrated experience with running events and managing agencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with Chinese language skills beneficial for supporting our Chinese audiences
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, being personable, and having a get-it-done attitude
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
