We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Men's Behaviour Change Practitioner to join our Family Safety and Child Wellbeing Team at Cafs.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality, person-centered case management for men undertaking our Men's Behaviour Change Program, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the safety and welfare of affected family members.

Key skills and attributes include:
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and experience in trauma-informed principles and approaches
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and experience working within the Family Violence sector or relevant field
- Highly developed cultural awareness and sensitivity, partnered with excellent communication skills, to build strong relationships with stakeholders
