This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, or to broaden and grow their career further in a professional environment.

You will assist Senior Marketing Managers with campaign materials and tasks such as insights, reporting, administration, website reviews, and developing and maintaining marketing plans and campaign assets.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in developing or building a career in marketing, preferably studying towards, or having completed a marketing qualification or equivalent discipline.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of targeted marketing campaign activity, supporting key strategic initiatives for the business.
  • Manage multiple competing tasks, and re-prioritise constantly, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, managing marketing requests and updates, and ensuring the team's marketing material and content is refreshed and up-to-date on our intranet site.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A keen interest in marketing, preferably with some experience in a Marketing Coordinator or similar administrative support role.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated competency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and confidence building relationships with different personality types and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Resilience and a calm disposition coupled with energy, enthusiasm, and passion to learn and grow your career.
