We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Engineer. As a key member of our global business, you will play a critical role in delivering world-leading sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and administer contracts to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects;
- Lead and manage medium-scale project teams to achieve project objectives and exceed client expectations;
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members, ensuring effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders;
- Collaborate with other teams and disciplines to ensure the integrity and quality of the overall design during construction;
- Manage subcontractors, quality assurance, and client feedback, ensuring effective communication of any changes or modifications;
- Meet project deadlines and ensure commitments and expectations are met.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Expertise in ensuring high-quality construction of bridges and civil infrastructure related concepts and designs;
- Ability to lead, manage, mentor, and develop medium-scale, diverse project teams;
- Sound understanding of construction management and experience in design review and verification;
- Understanding of the use of structural analysis and design software;
- Chartered status and experience with relevant industry bodies will be highly regarded;
- Award of relevant pre-qualification to Level SEC02.
