Specialty Client in Lidcombe is looking for 15 experienced individuals to fill roles as RF Scanners and Pick Packers.

About the Role

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented candidates who can work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Picking orders with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Scanning and packing finished products into boxes
  • Repacking and labelling work
  • Container unpacking
  • Inbound/outbound work
  • Receiving and returns
  • Performing general production paperwork and quality checks
Requirements
  • FULL UNRESTRICTED WORK RIGHTS (NO VISAS)
  • Experience with RF scanning and order picking
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Teamwork skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience using LLOP/Electric Pallet Runners
  • Ability to reach KPIs
  • Experience with rework and repack
