Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing and processing home loan applications submitted by ANZ Brokers and Mobile lending channels.
  • Working closely with frontline banking staff to identify and address any issues with home loan applications.
  • Ensuring accuracy and efficiency levels are achieved as per Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on application status and escalations.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in the banking/financial services industry and a good understanding of home loan products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
