We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance Team. As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for administering the accounts payable ledger, ensuring that expenditure is promptly and accurately recorded while maintaining financial process controls.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide consistent, timely, and accurate delivery of accounts payable services
- Contribute to the operation and integrity of the accounts payable system
- Ensure accounts payable functions are delivered effectively and efficiently
- Process and validate invoices in Basware
- Handle creditor's enquiries, responding in a prompt and professional manner
- Undertake a range of operational activities associated with accounts payable, including providing advice to internal and external customers, monthly reconciliations, and other relevant duties as required
To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience within a high-volume accounts payable team, proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and various ERP software, including Basware and/or SAP, and demonstrated experience with accounts payable workflow processes.
