We are seeking skilled Bartenders/Mixologists to join our team in providing exceptional service and unforgettable experiences for our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting innovative cocktails, maintaining a clean and well-organized bar area, and ensuring prompt and courteous service.

• Craft classic and innovative cocktails, including mixing ingredients and curating craft beverages to guest specifications
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of all bar/menu items and provide detailed descriptions as needed
• Utilize proper shaking, mixing, and stirring techniques using required equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring it is fully stocked at all times
• Work with guests to accommodate special requests and dietary needs
• Suggestive selling on established menu items or specials to maximize food and beverage revenues

• Ability to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations

• A competitive salary of $AUD65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
