The hotel outlets include Haven Lounge, Garum restaurant, and Rooms Service, all equipped with the latest technology.

Department:

Our Food & Beverage team is proactive, welcoming, and expert in providing service to our guests. We are seeking passionate industry professionals to assist with the execution of 5-star service.

Our F&B Venues include:

Haven Lounge, Garum Restaurant, Executive Lounge, Mini Bar, In Room Dining & Events Operations (Banquets)

We are currently recruiting for a Barista in our Garum restaurant.

Requirements:

We are seeking professionals with the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous experience in similar positions is advantageous
  • Barista experience is essential, with latte art highly regarded
  • High tea service experience is highly regarded
  • Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure
  • Enjoy looking after guests and ensuring a great dining experience is provided
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Able to work within a team
  • Must have the flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including public holidays and weekends, as well as regular early morning and evening shifts and occasional overnight shifts.
  • Have genuine passion for the hospitality industry
  • Be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience
  • Be hard working, dedicated, and professional in all aspects of working life
